Payment

We accept payment in the form of PayPal, checks, and money. If you have not used PayPal before, It is safe, easy, fast and free.  PayPal can be used to make credit card payments without even signing up

Payment on all in stock orders is due prior to shipping. For custom orders, we require a $5 non-refundable deposit until the work is ready to ship, then payment in full.  If your custom order is a particularly unusual size or style (ie, one that I would not be able to sell in my store), I reserve the right to require payment in full before beginning the work.  Should this event arise we will work that out on a case-by-case basis

Shipping

No shipping is required for patterns, unless you request a hard copy.  Patterns are delivered electronically via PDF.  Full color hard copies of patterns can be shipped to you for an additional $5.00 to cover shipping and printing costs.  Contact us directly to use this option.

Unless you request otherwise, your knitted items be shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If you request insurance, we can add it.  If you would like first class mail, we require delivery insurance to protect us both. 

If you live outside the United States, we prefer Global Priority Mail.  We require insurance on international orders.  You will only be charged actual shipping.  Contact us for a quote.

Please be aware:
You may be subject to import duties, taxes and administrative fees.  These fees are levied once an order reaches your country and payment of them is your responsibility.  Sheepy Time Knits has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from one country to another; please contact your local customs office for details.  International orders may be opened and inspected by customs agents.

Returns/Exchanges

We try hard to make our customers happy.  If there is a problem, please contact me immediately so we can address it.

You must contact us for authorization before sending a return.  Returns made due to an error on my part will be refunded or exchanged in full including shipping upon return receipt.  Otherwise, we will refund the cost of the item only, not including shipping.  

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.  You are responsible for making sure the return arrives here safely. 

We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on items that have been used, washed and/or worn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on patterns.

Custom Orders

Once a custom order is begun, there will be a percentage-based labor fee if you change your mind for any reason. Please ask us before ordering if you have any questions.  Completed custom orders are generally not returnable.

This website is protected by copyright, and all rights are reserved. This includes everything- images, text, patterns… everything.

The free knitting patterns offered by Sheepy Time Knits are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may make them for yourself, for a gift, or for a charity.  Any further use requires my express permission. If you wish to use it for any other use, including teaching a class, selling your yarn, etc, you must contact me first for permission.

If you want to use an image from my site you must write me for authorization first.  Hotlinking images is NOT permitted.  If I give you permission to use one of my images, you must host the picture yourself, and include a link back to this website.  If I catch you hotlinking or using graphics without permission, I may change the image to something that you won't want on your site ;)

Forums

By participating in the Sheepy Time Knits forums, users agree to send and receive messages that are both proper and related to the forum topic. The following actions are prohibited:

• Defaming, harassing, threatening or otherwise violating the legal rights of others, including their privacy
• Misrepresenting one's person, background, or character
• Posting any defamatory, obscene, false, or unlawful material, or
• Posting any copyrighted material owned by a third party

Also, you agree to use the forums at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that violations of the above code will not occur.

Privacy Policy

Sheepy Time Knits will not sell, share or otherwise use your personal information with any outside party.
