Happiness is...

Getting new sock yarn in the mail...

I *love* them. Can't wait to knit with them. The more socks I make myself, the more I despise my other lesser socks. I am resisting the urge to put all other knitting aside to knit these into socks immediately. But there's a baby with no booties who really really does need hers more than me. And a boy who needs his sweater. Really.

Odds and ends

A sleeve...
Spike ripped the neck of his sweater, I'll have to rip that off and put in some new ribbing.
Rob's scarf, about half way done...
and BEHOLD!
The long lost pattern to the ladybug sweater, found underneath a chest in my bedroom. Now I have no excuse for not finishing it.

Same Knit

I am so bad at coming up with titles for these entries... I'm so not the Yarn Harlot.

Anyway, thought I'd post some pictures, I haven't in a while.

This is where I'm at on Trellis. It's been in the same spot for a few weeks, I need to work out the arm holes, and I am not a loyal knitter...

One finished tube sock for Caitie, and one on the needles

Here's my mom's keyhole scarf, about 2/3 done

and the dog sweater, mostly done. It needs the second leg cuff

And last here's a pair of cabled socks that I finished and have been wearing for a while, but keep forgetting to take pictures of. I think these are my favorite of all my socks. The color is prettier in real life.
